TWH 70 MBH High Head Tankless Water Heater Mixing Panel with Zoning

Stk#:
TWH070XPZ
Status:
New
Date Introduced:
November 8, 2011

The TWH Tankless Water Heater Mixing Panel’s primary application is as a multizone mixing device for tankless DHW heaters.  Both the primary and secondary pumps are activated once every 24 hours, for 15 minutes, to ensure that potable water in the piping is not stagnant.

When the panel receives a call for heat, both pumps are activated, and the thermostatic control head in the 3-way mixing valve will automatically regulate the water temperature in the secondary circuit.

CDP 310 MBH 2 Temperature Combi DHW System Panel with 4 Pumps and Outdoor Reset

Stk#:
CDP310RP4
Status:
New
Date Introduced:
April 29, 2011

The CDP310R Combi Panels operate as high/low temperature distribution centers, with a boiler (or other non-DHW appliance) as a heat source. The CDP310R panels each have two high temperature branches, one for the indirect-fired DHW tank (with priority) and one for the high temperature heating application. The #31355 Compact Mixing Control with the 3-way mixing valve and actuator will automatically regulate the water temperature in secondary circuit.
Note: When used with boilers requiring a 3rd input a different wiring harness is required (e.g. IBC boilers). Call for details.

HEP 25 MBH Isolation Heat Exchanger Panel

Stk#:
HEP025
Status:
New
Date Introduced:
April 29, 2011

The main application of the HEP Isolation Heat Exchanger Panel is to provide single wall isolation between a DHW tank and a heating system. While other applications are possible, it is important to note that this panel is not a temperature control device. The secondary water temperature is wholly dependent on the temperature of the primary supply water. When the panel receives a call for heat, it activates both primary and secondary pumps. The primary pump is also activated once every 24 hours, for 15 minutes, to ensure that potable water in the piping or heat exchanger is not stagnant.

TMP 070 MBH Mixing Panel with Zoning

Stk#:
TMP070Z
Status:
New
Date Introduced:
June 1, 2011

The TMP 3-Way Mixing Panel’s primary application is as a multizone mixing device where there are no flow requirements in the primary loop. Intended to be used with DHW tanks as a heat source, the pump is activated, and actuators (sold separately) are opened once every 24 hours, for 15 minutes, to ensure that potable water in the piping is not stagnant. The power box has thermostat inputs and actuator outputs for up to four zones (two actuators per zone). At this time, a DHW priority option for these panels is not available.

Stainless Steel Press Sleeve Angle Tools

Tight spaces are a nightmare to work in! And let's face it, the average work site ain't no Wonderland, and your installer ain't Alice. Since rabbit holes and shrink drinks are hard to find in a Potable Water installation, the solution to any tight situation is HeatLink's Angle Tools. Designed to achieve the perfect seal for our stainless steel press sleeves, the Angle Tool is just an order away. Imagine what Alice could have done with an Angle Tool?

HeatLink Surface Mount Manifold Housings

The new HeatLink surface mount manifold housing has arrived!

Resized, the 16-gage satin coated steel housing is ready to paint without priming.

Access to the manifold is easy with a locking removable cover. Included with the unit is a coin/screwdriver lock (optional key locks are available).

Space is available for mounting a StatLink® module above the manifold.

HeatLink Recessed Manifold Housings

HeatLink's new recessed manifold housing has stud appeal.
Resized, the 16-gage galvanized steel housing has been designed to fit between standard studding in a 2x4 wall.

The North American-made housing includes mounting tabs to ensure a clean flush fit. With the exposed parts of the housing satin-coated, it is ready to paint without priming.

HeatLink's New Potable Water System

Plumbing made simpler

It's Here!

The HeatLink® Potable Water System features PureLink® PEX-a tubing, the EasyFit™ manifold system, and stainless steel press sleeve connection technology.

The unique HeatLink® PEX-a process is based on a method developed during the 1970’s and uses organic peroxide to chemically cross-link the polyethylene during the manufacturing process. The PEX-a process produces a higher degree and greater uniformity in crosslinking, resulting product with significantly improved material properties with respect to temperature, pressure, strength and chemical resistance.

Press sleeve technology has been used for decades worldwide in plumbing systems, and has also been used extensively for pneumatic and hydraulic applications.

HeatLink’s superior potable water system carries all necessary approvals for North American installations, and offers significant advantages and benefits in comparison to both copper and most common PEX plumbing systems in use today.
